Austin T. Weigle

Austin Weigle was a graduate student in the Department of Chemistry. He received B.S. degree in Plant Biology from Southern Illinois University in 2017. He joined our group in May 2019 and graduated in December 2023. His PhD thesis was focused on understanding substrate selectivity in plant membrane transporters. He joined US Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Services as a ORISE USDA-ARS SCINet/AI-CoE Postdoctoral Fellow.
